Our reformer and arc classes are a match made in heaven. The reformer glides smoothly, using springs and ropes to help support, balance and challenge your movement. Even just one session on the reformer can change the way you connect and experience movement in your body. And the arc is the perfect partner to the reformer - with it’s engineered curved shape it teaches you to flex and extend your spine, increases range of movement in your hips and shoulders, and allows you to move with more freedom and ease.
